Contract Options
- £1.50 per week per computer
- Two hours of free Software support per computer covered by the IT Software SLA
- £10 call out charge (refunded if fix not found)
- £30 per hour after inclusive support ends
- 12 month SLA and Full computer software audit
- Computer Software Audit
Pay as you go Options
- £20 call out charge (refunded if fix not found)
- £47.50 per hour (charged at minute intervals)
Do I qualify?
To qualify for IT Software Support the following must be met:-
- Individual or Business based in Coverage Area
- Computer must be owned by client
